When our client approached DSA, they had spent years struggling to obtain permission for their dream home on this beautiful, but incredibly challenging, site. Located in a sensitive conservation area with significant elevation changes and local resistance, the project required a delicate touch.

How DSA Unlocked the Potential:
Our team was appointed to navigate the complexities of this "tricky" site, providing essential services to move the project forward:
- Strategic Site Analysis: We addressed the difficult topography and varying levels to ensure the home settled naturally into the landscape.
