work in progress⛔️

the team are busy during lockdown extending this 3 bed house in Syston. Social distancing measures are firmly in place given the fact it’s one of our builders houses🤗 ..the wife is not happy with the impulsive knocking down of walls😅

Plans consist of an additional bedroom with en-suit upstairs and a spacious open plan kitchen/dining area with a side utility room and downstairs toilet.

The house is also having a complete garden transformation (with talks of a hottub👀)
