We were only too pleased to help this wonderful local charity kick start their reverse advent calendar.
Since March Baby Basics Leicester have seen referrals increase by 80%.
In these uncertain times that we find ourselves in I’m sure that figure will sadly increase in the weeks & months to come.

Such a wonderful idea. We are delighted to be able to help such a marvellous local charity.

It's not surprising that our referrals have gone up by around 80% since march....Lets spread the Christmas cheer to those that need it this year.

I come across many interesting things during a survey, although this has to be one of the most unusual!
Unfortunately mummy duck was nowhere to be seen, and it wasn’t safe to leave the little fella next to such a busy main road.
My new pal enjoyed the car journey to the vets, before being transferred to a wildlife sanctuary. Good luck Nigel ( named by the family not me!)

This is why you have a survey, even on a “new” house. Found water ingress in the loft of a 4 year old house and cracked floor in garage.

Whilst carrying out a survey today I found that the binder in the loft had been almost cut in two so the loft ladder could be installed!

This attempt at a loft conversion “surprisingly” did not meet Building Regs. Good job the buyer had an RICS Building Survey.
