With the weather being so cold and damp and wet , we have started the year off with a lovely indoor job- a tv cabinet wall!! Hand crafted arches with shelves and underneath cupboards with plenty of storage!

Progress report on the bungalow in it is fully water tight now with the main roof and lower roof all tiled

Fully insulated and first fix electrics and plumbing complete

Every room has been plasterboarded and this where the house starts to take shape no more looking through walls, each room starts to feel like a room the size of each room takes shape

Then the plasterers start and finish and the rooms feel almost finished windows are installed

Downstairs gets it heating installed by underfloor heating pipes

These pictures were taken just before the screeders started laying the concrete floor...

After the floor has dried now the house will really get finished pff with all the final finishings - kitchens, bathrooms, floor finishes!!

Our latest project-

A bungalow in to be converted into a 4 bedroom house-

New footings , new over-site, steels, floor, roof so far 14 weeks to get to a water tight shell

A great project to turn this bungalow into a lovely family home. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates in the coming months
