We have an exciting opportunity for an Improver to join our tight knit, friendly team.

The role will suit someone with a few years experience and a willingness to learn all aspects of the building trade.
The ideal candidate will have started to build their own tool kit, live locally to leigh on sea, and be able to drive with their own vehicle.

We are a family run chartered building company with an outstanding reputation in and around leigh on sea and we are looking for someone to gel with our team for a permanent role.

We have an exciting opportunity for a MULTISKILLED TRADESPERSON to join our tight knit, friendly team.
You must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience with all round building knowledge (ideally with strong carpentry skills).
We are a family business with an outstanding reputation and we are looking for someone who is able to gel with the team and become part of our family as well as producing the highest quality workmanship on site.
We are a chartered building company local to the leigh on sea area with all projects local to this area as well.

This is a full time position with great hours (8AM-4PM).

POSITION FILLED:

DRIVER REQUIRED FOR LOCAL BUILDING COMPANY
The role will require collecting and delivering materials to job sites. The candidate will have a clean driving license and will be able to drive a 3.5 tonne vehicle. The role will require securely and safely strapping materials to the vehicle.
This role will ideally suit a mature person wishing to take things easier from the building trade, or a semi retired person. The role requires you to have a knowledge of the building trade.
POSSIBLE ADVANCEMENT in the future to add on a Foreman role for the right person !

We have an exciting position for an apprentice / improver for a busy, family run local construction company. The ideal candidate must be local (leigh-on-sea), punctual, reliable and show a willingness to learn all areas of the building trade.
Own transport is essential. Wages are negotiable on experience etc.
