Another exciting project submitted for planning! Our third in Burges Road, Thorpebay, in a few months.

We're delighted to have submitted this transformation for planning approval, turning a traditional family home into a contemporary, light-filled space designed for modern living.

The proposal includes:
• Habitable loft accommodation with front and rear rooflights
• A single-storey rear extension
• First-floor side and rear extensions
• A new front porch
• Alterations to the external elevations to create a cohesive, modern design

The Architectural visualisation represents clean architectural lines, a striking double-height glazed entrance, and bright, open living spaces that make the most of natural light.
Now we wait for planning approval before bringing this exciting project to life. Stay tuned for updates as it progresses!

Then ➡️ Now

A former post office and sorting office transformed into six three-storey terraced houses in Shoeburyness, Essex.

This brownfield site has now been given a new purpose and has added to the local area aesthetically and practically. The houses use materials such as grey bricks and contrasting cream bricks with black aluminium windows in a very formal style. They also include a garage and a private roof. The houses are now all occupied and we have created a new community with regular gatherings of the residents. gardens some, over looking the beach.

A great example of seeing potential where others might not.
