A garden should be so much more than an outdoor space – it should be a place where the whole family can relax, play, entertain and make memories. 🌿
This week Katrina visited Zahra and Anmor, who got back in touch after working with us on a previous property in Woodford. As they renovate their new home, they wanted to bring us on board once again to help create a dream garden for their family of six.
One of the most important elements of the brief was to create a sensory and engaging space where their daughter can nurture her growing passion for gardening, learning about plants, nature and wildlife in a garden designed to be enjoyed by the whole family.
The design includes a large central lawn for play and recreation, generous layered planting beds packed with colour, texture and seasonal interest, Moroccan-inspired tiled seating areas, a feature water element, productive growing spaces, a greenhouse, and a dedicated garden gym. At the top of the garden, a stylish entertaining terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining area creates the perfect setting for family gatherings and summer celebrations. Carefully positioned pathways, raised beds and feature trees connect each zone, ensuring the garden feels both practical and beautiful throughout the year.
