Strip and re-slate on this mid terraced property in St Helens, complete upgrade with over fascia vents, eave support trays, high quality breathable membrane, re-laying all existing slates replacing any broken or damaged with reclaimed slates, renewing lead to the valley and renewing lead to the chimney, chimney point and seal with Stormseal, fit pepper pot inserts to all 4 pots and finished off with mechanically fixed breathable ridge system. Fantastic customers and a pleasure to work for.

Full re-roof on this property, eave support trays, highest quality breathable membrane (air and vapour) 50mm x 25mm treated battens, standard size flat grey tiles, chimney removed below roof line and vented, other chimney treated with storm dry sealant, new lead flashing, new lead back and apron welded and fabricated off site and mechanically fixed breathable ridge system. Another great customer! 🏠⚒️
