Not long now until we’re over the line at this job, a valiant effort from our team & the Team.

Aco drain installed ✅
Limestone brick slip installed against the aco to make the patio work full slabs all the way ✅
Over 75 slabs laid in a day and a half ✅
Carbon coloured EasyJoint throughout ✅

A large car park overhaul!

Ellesborough Guide Centre underwent a large renovation courtesy of
The finishing touch was a car park renovation which included
- A full scrape back of existing driveway stone
- A concrete kurb installed
- Wooden fence with easy access post anchors to ease replacement of posts in future
- Lay flat pop up bollards to restrict vehicle access
- 40 ton of 20mm shingle spread and levelled to car park & Lower entrance

A 7 day turnaround on this one just in time for the Grand Opening!

That is wrap on Theedway!

And what a 13 week performance this has been from the team, turning it around it record time with a such a high spec finish.

This job included some complex details from the off but everyone involved pulled it out the bag!
-A single story extension with a raft foundation due to the existing properties foundations being piled.
- RSJ installed & wall knocked through to open up the living space into the extension
-Rain water drainage re routed
-2 roof light windows
-Bifold doors
-New laminate flooring throughout
-Back garden space renovated gaining an extra grass area

One very happy customer and a very proud team, not bad for 13 weeks 🤷🏼‍♂️

An update to our Amersham project!
This small but detailed porch has been turned around in just 15 days!

A valiant effort from everyone involved!
Removal of the old small porch to make room for a larger more useful room for the clients.
With some full length windows to let in more natural light.
Up next:
- Windows & Door install
- Insulation and Screed Installation
- Plastering
- Painting

A strong week from the boys on the raft foundation prep whilst battling the horrible rain 🌧️
Rebar & Mesh delivered on site ready for assembly✅
Ground level reduce dug✅
Foundations dug✅
MOT Type 1 brought in for base of foundation✅
Shuttering Formed✅
3/3 Boot Cages made onsite✅
Just a few finishing touches from the team & assembly of our cages and some mesh sheets and an okay from building control and we are ready to pour and crack right on with this job!

MOT Type 1, Sand Blinding, DPM installed ✅
Reinforcing Mesh laid and tied ✅
Structural Concrete Slab Poured ✅
Super Structure Complete To Joist ✅

The next stage for us will be 4 large steel installs, new drainage runs soak away runs and the patio prep!
