Sludge can gather anywhere. Luckily for this customer we didn't have to renew the pump or valves as the sludge had gathered in the pipework. Once traced, we removed and replaced the the pipework. We find it more cost effective for the customer to renew, rather than spend time dismantling, cleaning and reassembling.

We are having many calls with poorly maintained central heating systems. This pump and the valves were blocked solid. Now renewed and the heating restored for an 88 year old regular service contract customer. Our engineer carried out a free back boiler service as part of the works and was rewarded with many cups of tea and as many biscuits he could eat!

If the stockists don't have the parts, we will have them pre-bought.

Whilst we do continue to install new energy efficient boilers, we endeavour to repair old appliances. A (now) customer had been told that his old boiler was 'un-repairable' as the flue had disconnected over the years it had been in service. Upon visiting to give a quotation for a new boiler, we advised that a repair was cost effective.
Within 3 hours the boiler was removed, the flue refitted and the boiler refitted and commissioned.
