Not great weather today but we got it done, breathable membrane and in-line tile vents , new gutters, eves trays , bird combs , ( to stop them from getting under the tiles !)cloak verge tiles and a mono ridge . These houses have had 100mm insulation on the exterior walls carried out by the council,
condensation in the attics is now a concern hence why we have created as much ventilation as possible.
