Pyracantha hedge removal, small reduction on the red Robin to allow easier maintenance for them.
All roots removed and ground levelled.
Look forward to seeing what they decide to do with the area.

Annual conifer cut for one of my regular customers. 3 days up and down a ladder has certainly been a work out. Broken machinery along the way, but I got it done!!! Grateful for the weather as well.

Today's transformation, some very very stubborn black spots. After the 3rd chemical treatment and even trying neat chemicals, I had to admit defeat. Customer was happy with the end result.
Also, I completed a few other items for this customer but forgot to take after pictures. Apple tree prune, laurel prune, dismantled some wooden planters and dug out some soil.

This was a stubborn one, so many black spots to contend with, the last picture was after it was pressure washed. Had to let the chemicals do the work. After a couple of applications, even a few areas with neat chemical the majority have come up.

No charge for this customer. Be a bit rude charging my nan. 😉🤣

Huge transformation with this one!!
Resin bound surface, which means, when pressure washing the water just disappears leaving the dirty sediment on top, it requires alot of rinsing.
Prime example why regular maintenance is so important. It would have halved the time this job took if regularly maintained.
A biocide was applied after to kill any remaining spores and to keep the moss/algae build up at bay.

(The dark marks in the middle are areas that were already damaged from the tree roots)

First job of the year done!!
Large fencing project completed for a pre-school.

The client wanted the concrete posts to remain. We replaced all the arris rails and feather edging.
Installed an additional gate with steps.

Few minor issues along the way, including some of the concrete posts not being level or at different heights, the weather being freezing and making the materials difficult to work with.
This did make it challenging at times, but we adapt and overcome.
Big thanks to .landscapes for their assistance on this project.

On our travels for this freebie job, only payment requested was bed and breakfast for the night oh and maybe a cheeky Chinese. Cleaned my Grandads paths and patio for him as was getting really slippery. Lots and lots of black spots, alot came up but alot still remain, despite a chemical clean after pressure washing. The main thing is, it's not slippery anymore.

First pressure washing job of the autumn/winter season.
Also, it was a first for surfaces that I've never cleaned before.
The rear patio and walkways have had a sealer applied to them. Being so dark made it very difficult to see the dirt lines, but we got there.
The other surface was permeable block paving, which has a fine grit brushed in between once cleaned.
It was challenging but enjoyable.
Happy with the results. Will look even better once dry.
