We headed out to the Travelodge at Gatwick Airport to sort an emergency breakdown with their main entrance doors!

With guests coming and going 24/7, a failed entrance isn't an option. Our engineers were on-site within four hours to make the area safe and figure out the fix. The old automatic door header had too many failed parts to be reliable, so we swapped it out for a brand-new unit to get the doors working properly again, without getting in the way of the guests or the hotel staff.

We got the new system installed and tested quickly, making sure the entrance was back to full strength and safe for everyone to use.
