The property originally had a gravity fed hot and cold water system with an electric shower. We upgraded it with:

💧 Accumulator to improve water pressure and flow

The result is a stronger, more reliable system with improved water pressure and flow, creating a better showering experience and more consistent hot water throughout the home.

During a recent Gas Safety Check, the existing boiler was found to have failed its safety inspection and was unsafe to leave in operation.

We swiftly removed the faulty boiler and installed a brand-new Worcester Greenstar 15Ri heat-only boiler, complete with a 10-year manufacturer’s guarantee.

Today marks 10 years since I took the leap and started my own business. 🎉

Honestly… where has that time gone?

What started as SJP Plumbing & Heating became Sam Palmer Plumbing & Heating, and has now grown into Palmer Service Group Ltd. Looking back, it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come.

Running a business isn’t easy. There have been plenty of highs and plenty of lows, moments where I’ve questioned everything, and moments that have made me incredibly proud. But through it all, one thing has remained constant – the amazing people who have supported us along the way.

I want to say a huge thank you to every member of our team, both past and present. Every one of you has played a part in helping build the business into what it is today. Your hard work, dedication and commitment have never gone unnoticed, and I’m incredibly grateful.

To all of our customers – thank you for putting your trust in us. Inviting us into your homes and recommending us to your friends and family is something we never take for granted. Your support has allowed us to continue growing year after year, and we genuinely appreciate every single one of you.

On a personal note, these last 10 years have also seen my greatest achievements away from work. I’ve been lucky enough to build a wonderful life with my amazing wife, Anna, and become a proud dad to our two boys, Harrison and Rohan. I also want to give a special thank you to Anna for her unwavering support, patience, and encouragement throughout this journey – I truly couldn’t have done it without her.

As we celebrate this milestone, I’m excited about what the future holds. Palmer Service Group Ltd has grown into so much more than I ever imagined, and we’re only just getting started.

Another fantastic bathroom transformation completed by the Palmer Service Group Ltd team!

Our customer was finding it increasingly difficult to get in and out of their bath, so we transformed the space into a safe, stylish and practical walk-in shower that will be much easier to use for years to come.

For this project we installed:
✅ 1800 x 700 anti-slip shower tray on a newly constructed platform
✅ Premium Merlin glass panels
✅ Modern waterproof wall panels
✅ Reinstalled the customer’s existing Aqualisa shower
✅ Finished to the highest standard by our experienced team
