My goal was to give new life to wood, transforming it from tree to a beautiful and functional form. I was fortunate to start as an apprentice under the guidance of a skilled roofer and carpenter in Normandy, Monsieur Camu. Simultaneously, I completed 8 years of formal education at the Academies of Normandy and Orleans-Tours, specializing in roofing, carpentry, and joinery. I also delved into metalwork, showcasing my skills by winning a regional award in Zinguierie, a competition I was entered into by surprise. Throughout my early career, I collaborated with master craftsmen on renowned structures like Chartres Cathedral, Chateau de Versailles, and Chateau du Champ de Bataille, gaining invaluable experience in specialized work on these historic landmarks. For a decade, I managed my roofing and carpentry business in the South of France, overseeing projects and leading my own team. With 25 years of professional expertise, I continue to strive for perfection in every endeavour working with precision and care to satisfy and bring to material form the vision of my clients.
