Must have the ability to carry out the following to a reasonable standard....

Basic Plumbing
Basic Carpentry

This position is available on a Self Employed or PAYE basis.....

You must be able to drive with own transport....

Either have a DBS check dated within last 6 months or willing to have one carried out....

Rates are dependent on experience and skills, will be discussed at interview
