As we head into a ridiculously busy Summer of Celebrations at St Johns, from Weddings to Birthdays, Christenings to exciting Outside Catering Events we are looking to add excellent people to join our team.

We are looking for the following positions

⭐️Receptionist

This position will require previous experience in an administration role.

Candidates will have confidence on the telephone, enjoy a fast paced environment and relish interaction with people and be immaculately presented.

Responsibilities will include the following

Help run the front desk.

Deal with event enquires by telephone and email.

Management of our in-house booking system( full training provided)

Assist operations with administration of events

Check ins and Checkouts

Stock Management

Ability to multitask and work with a team but also individually.

Assist with operation of events (optional)

Hours would be

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY AND SUNDAY 2PM - 8PM.

⭐️FRONT OF HOUSE

We require candidates with bright personalities who enjoy working in a people based environment who have a keen interest in making people happy during their time at St Johns House with big smiles and show a willingness to learn how to provide excellent customer service.

Role will require

Hosting

Assisting with Wedding Ceremonies

Some Reception Work

Food Service

Bar Service

Hours would be minimum 15 hours a week up to a max of 30. Inclusive of a minimum 2 weekends a month.

I’ve been quiet on here lately. Mainly because the winter has been a lot busier than I expected. I couldn’t be more chuffed with how MOW’s first ‘quiet season’ has gone. It certainly hasn’t felt that way for me and I definitely didn’t get that mountain bike out as much as I was expecting 🤣. The grass isn’t far off needing a trim - so time for some Saturday night diary scheduling to see if I can fit in my new enquiries alongside my existing customers. My apprentice is super helpful 👧🏼🌿🤎
