Today i was tasked with brightening a child play space at Kids Rule Cafe in Cannock. I installed some LED ceiling tile lighting to replace a few old and dim florescent fittings that were doing nothing for the room. Safe to say its definitely looking brighter.

I attended a call out yesterday - a small catering unit reported a loud bang when a cleaner was sweeping underneath a servery. I attended to find live cables exposed underneath. This could of been alot worst. I can only assume it was powering old equipment and the cable was disconnected but not made safe in the event of the circuit being re energised. I have now removed the cables and disconnected from supply.

Old 3 phase rotary isolator recently replaced - which was installed all the way back in 1976! It just shows how well made the old stuff was and with regular maintainence schedules, these things could last for decades!
