Customer is looking to sell their house and to make it more desirable in todayā€™s market place, they wanted to add a downstairs cloakroom, They had a storage area under the stairs, which was ideal, a drain survey showed that the sewage pipe ran along the pathway. Tapped in to the sewage pipe and created a downstairs cloakroom using a corner vanity basin and concealed cistern and toilet.

Bath to shower conversion, walls had to be taken back to block and re-dot and dabbed due to original bath installation, UPVC boards used, customer kept existing sanitary ware.

Customer also had a full central heating installed, all pipes to radiators were chased in to the walls and a combination boiler installed in airing cupboard where the old cylinder was located, previous heating system was economy 7 and a domestic hot water cylinder.
