We are really looking forward to be part of Giant Taste, with Taste Causeway this Saturday 17th October 2026, 11am to 3pm at The Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre

Its Free Entry and as you can see there is lots happening for adults and children to get involved, speak to the producers and farmers of where your food comes from.

Hope to get a great buzz in our town, and pop into other local shops that day too. 👍

You don't need to change your diet to help get some good fats into your daily diet!

If we lived in the med, or lived by the Mediterranean lifestyle we would get around three or four spoonful of oil into our diet daily, just by cooking or drizzling over salads. Here we cook with oils, roast with oils and bake with oils, but are we getting the right oil into our diet? That's the question - its really not hard, just add a splash of Broighter gold when cooking, or drizzling - packed with Omega 3, 6 and 9, plus Vitamin D & E what's not to love!
