This is probably the slowest drainage install you’ll ever see…

Normally, this work would be completed with an excavator in no time. But on our 25B Southgate project in Sleaford for NKDC, that’s simply not an option.

The new drainage runs through a Root Protection Area and an archaeologically sensitive area, meaning every metre has to be carefully hand dug under the watchful eye of the project’s arboriculturist and archaeologist.

Add in 34°C temperatures during the UK’s recent heatwave, and it’s fair to say our team earned their keep on this one!

It’s a great example of the challenges that often sit behind the scenes on construction projects—and why doing the job properly sometimes means taking the slower route.

Three weeks in, and it's great to see real progress taking shape at our 25B Southgate project in the heart of Sleaford.

We're proud to be working with North Kesteven District Council to deliver this important community scheme, including a fully accredited Changing Places facility, new public conveniences and improvements to the surrounding public space.

A fantastic day at Elsham Golf Club supporting the Lindsey Lodge Charity Golf Day ⛳💛☀️

Build Manager was proud to be the Headline Sponsor for this year’s event, which brought together an incredible 160 golfers in support of an amazing local cause.

A huge thank you to the Lindsey Lodge Hospice team for delivering such a well-organised and enjoyable day. The effort that goes into events like this is clear to see, and it’s always great to support the vital work the hospice does for our community.

We were also delighted to sponsor the Nearest the Pin competition, with a £250 drill set up for grabs 🏌️‍♂️🎯

Congratulations to the winning team on taking home the trophy and cash prize, and well done to everyone who took part.

The U7 Juniors took park in the Poachers Cup tournament at Lincoln City over the weekend - and brought the U7 trophy back to Scotter with them! 🏆💪🏻
It's another fantastic achievement for the team, who have enjoyed a brilliant first season of football. ⚽️👏🏻
On Saturday they played nine matches against teams from across the region on the pitch at the Imps' LNER Stadium, and came out on top. 🤩👌🏻
Coach Phil said: "We couldn't be prouder of the team, who I'm sure will remember the experience and day for a long time. What a group of boys we have!" 💙😍
