A nice start to Spring. Good weather and great ground conditions for a change, Spraying off a local race track earlier in the month. No new lap time set unfortunately but a good job done nonetheless, bits of avadex on some spring barley and fertiliser caught up to date. Round up on spring land and blackgrass sprays on wheat and beans. The phone is starting to ring with lots of paddocks and grazing fields getting booked in with lots of new people from recommendations which is always nice. 07506200454 to book in and get on the list. Finally a little break in the weather today, managed to get out doing some glyphosate ahead of spring drilling. Phone is starting to ring about horse paddocks and Avadex, so get booked in early, hopefully the weather improves soon as it's looking like a busy spring when it does finally take up !

Getting a few acres under the booms with the New to us sprayer, So far the RB55 is proving a great addition with auto steer, auto shut off and boom levelling it's certainly a big upgrade. Also slug pelleting all over the place! It seems like the year for slugs. Plenty of spraying capacity between the RB 35 and RB55. So dont struggle to get land burnt off and pre Em's done in a timely fashion. 24 30 32m boom widths . Slug pellets and 12m avadex application available.

Keeping the wheels turning, 250+acres done with the Hilux this week all over the county, But nice to be in some big fields for a change. Plenty more booked in so no rest this weekend. Another tricky week with the weather but managing to keep busy all over the place. Slug pelleting on ploughing ahead of potatoes in North Lincolnshire. Pony paddocks all over the county. Last pass of fertiliser on some wheat. With plenty more booked in ready to go and a good weeks forecast it's looking like another busy week ahead.
