We recently completed this installation to a new office development for a client. The building consisted of ground floor workshop offices, changing rooms and ablution area and then 1st floor with offices and meeting rooms.
Ground floor was a super smooth powerfloat slab with no DPM and then chipboard to the 1st floor areas.
We ground off the powerfloat allowing us then to apply the F. Ball and Co. Ltd. F77 moisture suppressant membrane covered their Stopgap 1200 smoothing compound. The vinyl was Gerflor Tarasafe loose lay fixed with their taping system all coved up the walls securely fixed with Bostik contact tapes.
Even in June we had a cooler snap, so as we have our own plant we made sure we kept the conditions as close to perfect as possible with our Rhino Heaters.
The 1st floor areas were over laid with flooring grade plywood fixed with Spotnails 19mm rink shank nails and then feathered with ARDEX UK feather finish for that
The carpet tiles were again Gerflor Latour 2 fixing with F. Ball and Co. Ltd. F41 tackifier.

Speed is of the essence sometimes.
A consulting room at GP practice needed to be finished in a day as the occupant was off for a day.
We took up the old carpet and cleaned the floor down ready to apply the Tilemaster Superflow 30 smoothing compound.
Once dry we then laid the Polyflor Ltd Polysafe Vogue fixed with F. Ball and Co. Ltd. tried and trusted F44.
Another 1st class install by our team 👏👍.
All in a days work👏👍.

Our team have finished the week on a commercial kitchen installation.
Luckily for the client they had been messed about by another contractor who A didn't get back to them but B more worryingly were only going to lay a 'loose laid' 2mm slip resistant vinyl over a standard coat of latex 🤬.

We explained to them what minimum requirements the vinyl needs to be along with, due to the age of the building (2nd world war sergeants mess) the subfloor would require a moisture suppressant membrane.

So off we went, after the tiles had been de-greased we keyed the surface and applied the ARDEX UK tried and tested NA and DPM1C sandwich (nearly as good as a Subway 🤣) leaving the surface ready to accept the Polyflor Ltd new(ish) Apex 55 3mm vinyl.
What a finish, using great products installed by a great team again 👏 it looks stunning.

We have just completed a little 160.00m2 classroom block for a local academy using Forbo Flooring Systems. The old needlepunch carpet had been installed over vinyl tiles containing asbestos. These were removed by a licensed contractor allowing us to get the glass like finish with ARDEX UK's NA smoothing compound.
This was then covered with the Forbo Surestep Original slip resistant vinyl held securely in place with the ever reliable F. Ball and Co. Ltd. F44.
All in time the for the children to return next week.

We were asked, at short notice, if we would be able to install a vinyl to a new ensuite that had been created at a residential care home.
So we did, Gerflor H20 was expertly installed by our team leaving it ready to have the walls clad.
The, now, new client was so happy with our workmanship and the fact we did what we said we would do, turn up and do a 1st class job, for the them that we are now going to be installing Altro Limited Wood Safety to the bedroom next week.

Now this was a tricky and testing number, an external set of stairs that a local grammar school wanted making more safe.
Paving slabs set over concrete and all very slightly uneven, just what our fitters wanted 😭.

A good client asked if we would be able to install them for him.
The team cracked on and sorted it, look pretty good if I do say so myself 👍and ready to the pupils return.

In a sensory room of a local school they were projecting soothing images on to a white sheet, that they laid over carpet tiles, for the children.
The asked if there was a white flooring that could be used instead of a flatish & creased sheet but yet still durable for walking on.
Simple we said, so Polyflor Ltd Bloc vinyl was used to create a smooth surface.
Sometimes it's a simple thing that makes all the difference 👌.

Another week, some 200.00m2 + of BURMATEX Arctic carpet tiles to an office block for one of our clients.
So much easier when the end user carrys out what you ask them to do so you leave them with a fantastic new floor with minimal disruption even while the staff are still working.

We have been busy over the last few weeks so haven't had chance to post a great deal but mustn't grumble 🤣.
This little carpet tile installation highlights that a good quality simple carpet tile with an accent colour added can make it look far from bland.
BURMATEX GOTO where used in Mettle Grey with Red and Chevrolay 50 matting tiles in Alpha Grey to a new clients office.

We have just finished a local village hall for one of our clients.
Using ARDEX UK NA smoothing compound to give us a superb smooth subfloor (our fitters had a lot to do with it also 🤣) then covered with Polyflor Ltd Polysafe Standard in Silver Birch all held down with F. Ball and Co. Ltd. F44.
Not to shabby that finish.
