On my days off I’ve been building a bar for 2503 squadron RauxAF up a Waddington. The first picture is the theme/inspiration (an observation post or Sanga)I was given and then the bar I created and all from repurposed materials.

That’s the ‘run the month’ marathon edition 26.2 miles sponsored run for prostate cancer U.K. done, l ran it for my Dad who we lost to prostate cancer 5 months ago. I finished it with a 10km bang and raised £585 so far, Thankyou to everyone who has sponsored and supported me. I will carry on running until the end of the month to see how far I get ❤️🏃🏼‍♂️😃
