Told the youngest kids I was going to New York to fit a boiler and radiators in a newly built house, they eye rolled at me thinking I was talking rubbish again. I actually wasn’t!! New York near Coningsby I said! 😂

A Worcester Greenstar 4000 30Kw LPG Combi with a system filter and a Hive programmer controlling it.

16 radiators in total to second fix and gas pipe around the outside of the house to the LPG regulator.

The latest boiler installation.

A gas fire with a back boiler, hot water cylinder and tanks removed and a 30Kw Worcester Greenstar 4000 installed in the loft on the gable end.

Gas pipe re routed from the meter to the new boiler on outside wall and condense pipe from boiler to the drain.

System controlled by a Honeywell T3R remote control room stat.

The customer also has the added bonus of getting the airing cupboard back for more storage space.

Replacement of a HRM Wallstar 3 oil boiler. Also replacing 6 radiators and flushing the central heating system.

The old boiler and 3 radiators had corrosion holes in them from acidic water in the heating system and had leaked onto the floor causing damage.

New boiler, resistors and a system flush was needed and now the customers are up and running again with heating and hot water.

A couple of jobs completed this week.

First, something a little different was fitting 3 kitchen units, worktop, sink and tap and a single point hot water heater in the club house of Collingham Angling Association’s Millennium complex. Great fun and very pleased with the end result.

Second, changing an LPG hot water boiler in a caravan at Chapel Hill. The old one had simply given up the ghost and leaked everywhere. All sorted now and hot water restored.

All this achieved whilst working out of my Land Rover as the van broke down Thursday morning and is in for repairs.

A Worcester Danesmoor Utility 18/25 installed in the customers garage. This has replaced a 20 plus year old oil boiler previously situated in the kitchen.

All ancillaries also replaced including Pump, motorised valve, programmer and thermostats.

A system upgrade from an old Aga with an open vented hot water cylinder.

A new boiler room was created for this installation and the system was upgraded to a 300ltr unvented hot water cylinder with a 50Kw Worcester oil boiler. The boiler comes with a system filter and a 7 year manufactures warranty.
