Project Complete – Metheringham

And that’s a wrap on our project in Metheringham. Just a few finishing touches left to complete, but what a fantastic project this has been from start to finish.

This property has undergone a full internal and external transformation, completely modernising the home and making the most of the space available. From the initial strip-out right through to the final landscaping, every stage has been carefully managed and delivered by the team.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to life. It’s always rewarding to see the finished result compared to where we started.

The property should be hitting the market within the next week, and we’re excited to see its next chapter begin.

🔨 From working away all week to getting stuck into a local project over the weekend to keep things moving!

The team have been busy carrying out major structural alterations, including the installation of a substantial steel beam to create a large open-plan living space.

With the temporary supports in place and demolition works completed, we’re making great progress and preparing for the next stage of the build. It’s always satisfying seeing a project start to take shape, especially when transforming the layout of a home so dramatically.

A big thank you to the lads for putting in the extra effort and keeping the momentum going.

Whilst some projects are nearly at completion stage, others are only just beginning… 🔨

LME Building Contractors are excited to be taking on a very different but exciting project converting this former RAF control tower near Metheringham into a new home.

Having worked closely alongside the client, structural engineer and architect, plans are now becoming reality and works are officially underway.

This unique conversion is set to completely transform the historic building while bringing a fresh new lease of life to it. We’re looking forward to sharing the progress as the project develops over the coming months.

A lot has been going on the last few weeks at LME we have welcomed little Teddy into the world he is now 6 weeks old and is the happiest little baby, we are so blessed!

The work hasn’t stopped or even slowed down we are flat out on various projects. Our work has now spread nationally so massive shout out to our amazing lads that are now travelling and still working their socks off! To the new lads we have welcome to LME!

Another full renovation project underway in Bassingham for the team at LME Building Contractors 👷‍♂️🏡

The lads have been busy getting the site stripped out and prepared ready for a complete transformation. Works on this project will include full internal renovations along with a full landscaping package externally to completely modernise the property inside and out.

Great progress already made with site clearance, fencing and groundwork preparations 💪

A few finishing touches left and a complete re vamp on the internals however here’s
Before, during & after shots of our latest project in Ruskington 👌

We transformed this space by removing the existing conservatory and outbuilding, then constructing a brand new single-storey rear extension finished with a modern render exterior, anthracite bi-fold doors, and a stunning porcelain patio area to complete the garden.

A full makeover that has created extra living space inside and a clean, contemporary outdoor area ready to enjoy all year round.

Another great project underway in Lincoln 🔨

We’ve just kicked things off by demolishing the existing conservatory, making way for a full wrap-around extension. This build will include a two-storey extension to the side along with a single-storey extension to the rear, completely transforming the property and creating a much more functional living space.

Groundworks are well underway with trenches excavated and concrete poured, setting solid foundations for what’s to come 💪

🔨 New Project Underway in Ruskington! 🔨

The lads have just started a new job in Ruskington, kicking things off by demolishing the existing conservatory and old outbuilding to make way for something much better 👌

We’ll be constructing a single-storey extension, creating space for a brand- living room, new utility room and bathroom — adding both practicality and value to the home.

Groundworks are now well underway, footings going in, and everything progressing nicely 💪
