Michael Benzies, Managing Director of Pearson Hydraulics and someone who's spent three decades doing the kind of work that keeps critical industries moving.
Michael's career spans Fluid Power, Power Generation and Asset Integrity, built across demanding industrial sectors, across international markets. He's led businesses, built teams, and driven growth. In April this year, he brought all of that to Pearson Hydraulics as our new Managing Director.
As MD, he brings a passion for strategy, a belief in high-performing teams, and a genuine commitment to long-term success over short-term wins.
When he's not thinking about the next chapter for the business, you'll find him on the golf course, cheering on the Springboks🏉, or holding the title of Head Chef at home. He's happily married with a teenage daughter, loves travelling and experiencing different cultures, and will choose a good garden centre over a nightclub every single time.
