Media walls are becoming more popular, each and every wall is to the customers personal preference, some more challenging than others, but with the skills combined from oakleigh electrical, Carl Stanham joinery and D Stoker plastering all have been completed to a high standard.

Today is a sad day,14 years of companionship,loyalty and love,I say fair well to,pebbles.
Through thick and thin,the rough and smooth she’s always been there,she gave out so much love to all that knew her and to many a customer who saw her guarding the work van and lunch bags.
I could write so much about her,but those who meet her,saw her and knew her knew what a beautiful dog she was,at the age of nearly 18,shes struggling no more,age took over,and it was sad to see,but still she gave everyday as she will in our memory’s.
I’ll miss you my big ol stink dog,###

To all customers plaster materials will be available once the builders merchants are suitably stocked,I’ll keep in touch with everyone and the builders merchants on times and dates for Forth coming work.
Guidelines and risk assessments are being reviewed and put in place for safety of customers and myself,keep safe and any questions feel free to message.

COVID-19 UPDATE (15.05.20):

We have now successfully implemented new Safe Operating Procedures enabling the successful re-start of our mining, manufacturing and logistics across the UK. We are now rapidly scaling up our operations which will give a greater overall volume to be allocated for both Plasterboard and Plaster, we plan to be up to approximately 80% of our pre-pandemic capacity by the end of May and will have increased the amount we are sending out weekly by 300% by the end of this month.

We are delivering this product to our usual merchant, distributor and DIY stockist customers according to their allocation volume, please talk to your usual stockist about your product requirements.

After following the governments restrictions and guidelines over the last 6 weeks as a sole trader I will be contacting my public liability to see where I stand on going back to work and being insured whilst working in a customers property,once I’ve got the correct guidelines and put a risk assessment into place I will contact each customer and discus time scale and ways to minimise any potential risk,original times for work could be altered due to the picking up or delivery of materials and how the builders merchants are trading and handling orders.
If there’s any questions feel free to message and I’ll do my best to answer with what information I’ve been reading over the last 6 weeks,I will only be going to work if I feel it is safe to do so,for myself and my family and for all customers involved.
Work at the moment isn’t about money it is about safety and moving forward carefully,safely and sensibly,so even if the customer doesn’t feel safe then the work can wait with no problem.
Truth be told I’m somewhat confused but I’m sure more information will be released over the coming days.

Due to coronavirus D Stoker Plastering will be closed untill further notice following government guidelines and with builders merchants closed I’ll be unable to supply materials,obviously when the government issue more guidelines I’ll update my work page and current situation.
Reguardless of strict guidelines D Stoker Plastering is taking this very seriously as one of the guidelines is none associated cis (construction industry scheme) work is now on hold,updates are on a daily basis and I’m reading into all of them,for safety of myself,my family and my customers.
I’m not a key worker,so therefore I will be home bound to look after my family and support my wife as she is a key worker.
Be safe,be sensible,and be patient.
