Features like topiary pruning can completely transform a space, drawing the eye and creating a sense of fun.

We love our topiary and in particular, the interesting shapes created by cloud-pruning, such as with this Ilex, which we added to our client's garden.

It's these finishing touches, including the hand thown terracotta pot sourced from our friends at Pots & Pithoi, that bring a design to life.

A delicious, colourful crop from the kitchen garden.

Species selection is really important for quality of harvest and personal tastes. Here we have planted desert apples ‘Braeburn’ and ‘Worcester Pearmain 3’ both grown as espalier trees, with crabapple ‘Butternut’ and its abundant crop - which this year will be turned into jellies, jams and chutney as well as providing winter nourishment for the birds and garden wildlife - and salad crops including nasturtiums and green onions.

It’s the perfect moment to be planning your kitchen garden or outdoor kitchen and we’d love to help you with that.

From concept to completion, we’re thrilled with the final results, which created a safe, functional and stylish entrance that enhances the home’s appeal.
