Extension 1/2 to a property in Linlithgow. We reused the base from an old conservatory and built a new larger footprint by cantilevering a new floor over the existing load bearing walls below. The result is a bright airy family room providing a striking addition to the family home.

Recently completed extension.

This feature media and fire wall was incorporated into a recently completed kitchen / lounge / diner extension.

Those areas of a house are the hub of the home, so added features like this make life enjoyable for all the family.

After gaining Planning Permission this week, we have lodged the Building Warrant package with the Council. All on track for this extension to be complete for the end of the year!

After a long spell of wet and cold weather, it is good to see blue skies.
Our client at this project will be able to see the sky from a huge rooflight that will be incorporated into their extension.
Something very relaxing about seeing the sky….. 🌞🌛
