Another full transformation, removing existing bedroom walls at rear of the house we created the much desired modern open space combined living area.

Existing room windows opened up and replaced with double doors to create maximum light and new minimalistic kitchen and the finest of features to finish it off the log burner 😎

Splitting the existing living room and dining area gave back the two bedrooms taken but both bedrooms now have exceptionally more floor space and also created more space for a monster bathroom.

We can provide an architect to deal with all plans and designs and local authorities throughout projects.

All tradesmen provided and are the best at what they do.

Been quiet on here for a bit due to working on new build sites but back doing domestic work again.
A few pics of a kitchen we are in the middle of.
Completed pictures to follow just waiting on the underfloor heating to be turned on to allow the final touches.

Full garden renovation. We done the woodwork, fence, hut & decking Graham Wright and our landscaper Central Property Improvements (CPI) came in and finished the garden right off.
