Extension at Kippax ready for internal teams.

2x415 kg steels inserted . All propping works carried out and disposal of walls.

Roof insulated , floors screeded and 100 mm insulation and pipes inserted for air flow to existing and the 150 mm concrete laid .

Steps complete at bolster moor. After our initial extensive groundswork and retaining works , the client wanted the steps sorting to make more manageable as the existing risers at 230 mm was too high . We ripped out and now have installed 150 mm risers with 300 mm treads using raj green Indian and back bedded Johnson’s flat stone

We have also put some landing bays so the elderly couple can have a rest at certain stages .

Foul runs installed . Existing water pipe found . Another 100t of clean stone levelled on the geotextile Terram.
