Walls finished in taupe grey large tile effect multipanel and driftwood grey oak multipanel flooring. Back to wall toilet, chrome heated towel radiator and floor standing vanity unit. 2 warm white downlights and in-line extractor fan.

Garage converted into a study/office. Floor insulated with 100mm pir board insulation and overlaid in 22mm tongue & grove chipboard. Garage room removed and new black ash French doors with sidelights & sashes fitted. Plumbed for 2 radiators, electrical sockets and networking. Understairs storage cupboard made and skirted throughout.
