🦠 Legionella PPM Monitoring & TMV Servicing Completed 🦠

Another successful water hygiene compliance visit completed by C A Services, ensuring outlets remain safe, compliant, and operating within recommended parameters.

During this visit we carried out:

✅ Outlet temperature monitoring

✅ TMV inspection and adjustment

✅ Digital compliance reporting and recording

Recorded temperatures:

💧 Outlet temperature initially recorded at 53.2°C

🔧 TMV adjusted and balanced to a safe outlet temperature of 41.8°C

All monitoring and remedial works were completed in accordance with:

📘 HTM 04-01 – Safe Water in Healthcare Premises

📘 ACOP L8 – The Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems

Regular PPM monitoring and TMV maintenance are essential to:

✔ Reduce the risk of Legionella bacteria growth

✔ Prevent scalding risks

✔ Maintain compliance with HSE and healthcare guidance

✔ Ensure accurate audit-ready records
