🚨🚨SCREED LABOURER🚨🚨

We are seeking a dedicated Screed Labourer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with the preparation and application of screed to ensure smooth, level surfaces for flooring installations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn new skills within the construction industry. Prior experience is not essential, but a positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions are highly valued.
Duties
Assisting with the mixing and preparation of screed materials according to project specifications
Spreading and levelling screed using hand tools and specialised equipment
Ensuring the correct application thickness and smooth finish of screed layers
Supporting the team in site set-up and clean-up activities
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
Collaborating with supervisors and other tradespeople to meet project deadlines
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment throughout the shift
Experience
Previous experience in construction or labouring roles is advantageous but not mandatory
Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures is preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Good organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
Willingness to learn new techniques and develop skills within the construction trade
CSCS card and driving licence preferred
Previous construction or labouring experience beneficial
Punctual, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in construction while contributing to high-quality building projects. Applicants should be prepared for physical work, demonstrate reliability, and have a proactive approach to safety and teamwork.
