Can ChatGPT dig a foundation or plaster a wall? Can it streamline our procurement process? Will it take measurements off a drawing? Would it do that drawing in the first place? Is it possible for a person to love a robot? If that robot worked on site, would it be possible to program it not to leave empty monster cans lying around all over the place? At our annual management staff meeting we discussed how AI can help our business, how we think it will change our industry and what our new company AI policy should look like? In the end, we plugged all these questions into ChatGPT and sat back eating pasties while it did all the work for us. Perfect. Answers to these profound questions will follow in future posts.
