We’ve got a busy 3 months ahead of us, re-roofing approximately a 4,000 m2 industrial building in St Dennis with 40mm comps.

Got the perfect tool for the job thanks to CJ Tower Cranes a pedestrian tower crane, which makes our job so much easier 👍

Meet the team Monday! 👋

It's only right we start with the main man...Mike Cudmore, Director of Phoenix Commercial Cladding Ltd

Mike started Phoenix over 17 years ago and has lost count of how many thousands of roof sheets he's laid in his career!

He loves a job that gives him a challenge. One that put him to the test, was dismantling a 120m long, double apex building with overhead gantry cranes, and reinstalling like for like on a new site.

His most memorable job was working in the Dockyard, although he couldn't possibly tell you about it....loose lips sink ships 🤫

He's just updated his CITB Directors Role for Health and Safety qualification and nowadays is more often found in the site office. Although, if you asked him, I'm sure he'd say he'd much rather be outside on a roof getting stuck in!

As a ginger, his desert island item would be a bottle of sun cream😂

Here is a selection of some of the roofing and cladding sheets we’ll be selling tomorrow.

Various colours, profiles, finishes and lengths. We also have a load of sheets we’ll be selling by the pallet.

It’s first come first served, so we look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Stock clearance sale of box profile roofing and cladding sheets.

Saturday 8th April, 9.30am - 2pm.

At our yard, Unit 1, The Chicken Shed, Horningtops, Liskeard, PL14 3GF.

Various lengths, colours and finishes available.

All sheets are new, but have been stored outside for a while and we need to make room for new stock.

Also a selection of second hand steel purlins for sale, alongside new fixings for timber or steel.

Payment will be required on the day and the sheets will need to be removed.

We look forward to seeing you there.
