Auto Electric Refrigeration is delighted to announce we are seeking to recruit an Administration Officer.

You will be responsible for covering a wide range of duties, including organising documents, maintaining clerical duties, and greeting customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual who enjoys working as part of an enthusiastic and professional team. The role is based in: 190 Lisnagole Road, Lisnaskea, BT92 0LS.

What we’re looking for in our office assistants:
• Proactive and enthusiastic personality, ready to assist when required.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and/or as a team member.
• Ability to work in fast paced environments.
• Previous experience as an office assistant is desired, but not essential.

Your responsibilities may include:
• Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers.
• Managing company correspondence, including answering phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
• Handling booking appointments, sending out estimates, invoices, and general admin.
• Maintaining filing and storage systems in the office.
• Photocopying, scanning and filing appropriate documents.
• Debtors & Creditors Ledger & Month End
• Bank Reconciliation & Cash Control
• Maintaining office stationery stock levels, ordering, and replenishing new supplies as and when necessary.

The role is Monday to Friday
This is a Full Time Role but part time considered
