Winter is on its way.
It’s a good time to check your radiators are working properly.
I replaced 5 old radiators with new Eastbrook Guardia Horizontal Aluminium ones, increasing the BTUs and also added these hive thermostats so she could control the heating remotely.

Another lovely herringbone kitchen. This customer chose the exact same tile as my previous customer.
Check out the before and after, it looks like a completely different kitchen.

It’s been so busy lately and herringbone definitely seems to be flavour of the month.
I’ve laid a few of these Artesano tiles, these compliment the light and dark grey kitchen cabinets really well.

Hello All,
As some of you know I took redundancy back in Nov’18! (I worked for a large retail company for 24years. I had many different position with the company with my last role as Area manager)

So as a practical girl, I wanted a change in career! So I enrolled in an express plumbing course which started the Monday after my last shift. I have studied, taken exams, practical training, assessments, tiling course and I’m current over half way through to be a gas safe engineer too.

During the last 17 months I have taken on quite a few projects, while continuing to learn in college.

I have completely ripped out 4 bathrooms, a cloak room which have been completely been transformed. Taken on many many different tiling projects, replaced so many different taps and repaired a few too. Replaced shower bar mixers, electric showers, plumbed outside taps and a outside hot water mixer shower (for a special dog 🐢) moved and replaced many radiators, balanced radiators, unblocked washing machines, sinks, replaced sink waste, replaced toilets, changed over many flush siphons, water inlets, plumbed in dishwashers and washing machines and many others jobs......

I’m loving my new job and every day is different. I must say, to be able to help others and sort out their plumbing needs has been very rewarding.

Please feel free in contacting me with any job small or large and I’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for reading this, I’ll post some pictures in a bit
