New flow and return pipes.
Hive wireless programmable room thermostat.
New hot/cold pipes throughout the house and all sleeved through the walls to prevent corrosion.
Water softener installed.

We upgraded the following pipework after a customer had there kitchen renovated.

Remedial works carried out:

Pressure reducing valves where put on both the hot and cold pipes to reduce the incoming pressure,
as the hot was coming from a unvented cylinder and mains pressure was too high for new appliances, to meet manufacturers instructions for

A sure stop switch was fitted to mains,for easy access to isolate mains water.

A scalemaster was fitted to reduce scale build up.
New water soft er fitted for filtered drink water.

Refrigeration appliance fitted to give ice cold Filtered drinking water for those hot dummer days.

Nice instantaneous hot tap appliance fitted to the right of the photos, providing instant hot water for tea/coffee, no more kettles required!

Finished off with a nice gold tap,

All these appliances fitting neat and tidy all in one cupboard under your sink.

We attend this property to find the system sludge up and the radiators barely getting warm.

The system was Powerflush and pump replacemt carried out.
Customer supplied the pump and we supplied the valves.
