Today's top tip.

It is a very good idea to insulate your property as best as you can.

No. 1 for starters is loft insulation!!

Guidelines are 270mm (nearly 1ft!!)

Worth checking and you'll be suprised at what a difference it makes.

Along with sealing drafts around windows and doors.

The main aim is to try and keep the heat in the home.

Heat in the home travels through the walls, windows, roof and floor and is always trying to balance to the outside temperature.

It's nice and warm now but best be prepared for the colder weather.

Replacement boiler in same location as old non condensing one. Kept looking at it(the boiler is level) only to realise the units both sides are on the skew!!. Not sure if you can see what I mean in the picture. Let's just say, sometimes it's nice putting the door back on....

Nice sink & tap replacement. 👍🏻 Had to widen hole in worktop to accomodate wider sink, all went well😄

Boiler relocated upstairs, the old flue was going direct into neighbours garden. time for the brick up. Went quite well, once dry should match nicely. Tried to make a nice job for the neighbour really as the client will never see this👍🏻
