Another exciting project underway in Bognor 🔨✨

We’ve officially started another full kitchen remodel taking this space right back to its bones to create something completely bespoke, modern, and built to the highest standard.

Proud to be carrying out this project for Arun Kitchen Studio with all build and carpentry work completed by us at S G C Carpentry & Construction.

The old ceilings are down, structural work exposed, original features uncovered, and the transformation has begun.

From outdated and tired… to open, functional, and luxury living.

This project will include:
• Full structural alterations
• Complete rewire & lighting design
• New ceilings & insulation
• Bespoke kitchen installation
• Premium finishes throughout
• A complete redesign focused on modern family living

There’s something special about this stage of a renovation when most people see demolition, we see the finished result already taking shape.

Finally finished remodeling the utility room and I’m really pleased with how it’s turned out 🙌
What was once a pretty basic, underused space is now a clean, practical setup with a custom floating worktop, improved storage, and a much better layout overall.
Added a compact prep area with appliances neatly tucked in, upgraded the sink space, and made sure everything is more functional and easy to use

The floating shelf with hidden supports was a bit of a challenge, but definitely worth it for the clean look 👌
Still a few small finishing touches to go, but it’s already a huge improvement. Always satisfying seeing a project come together like this!
