Fascia over vents fitted to the top of new treated Fascia timber (no soffit vents are required when fitting this system which make fascias and soffits easy to clean in the future) and Fascia trays installed to stop the roofing felt sagging. This also protects the top of the timber as this is where rot generally appears. All workmanship and materials are covered by a ten year guarantee.
