⚠️HEAT LOSS ALERT !!!!⚠️
The property will notice a big difference in thermal efficiency and passing traffic noise.
We removed the old pvc cladding to reveal the very poor insulation. You can even see the back of the plasterboard. That is the inside wall. The radiators on these walls would of been letting a noticable amount of heat pass straight out through wall. This is very common in properties built between 60's -70's. The existing 25mm polystyrene insulation was removed and replaced with a modern pir insulation board at 70mm thick. Then a breathable membrane for extra protection from damp external conditions. New battons and cedral cement weaterboard. Clean the work and site. We are done !!!

This house started out with two joined conservatories with dated polycarbonate roof sheets. Unfortunately must of deleted the original photos. We kept the existing base and window frames and supplied and installed a Supalite warm roof system to create one large room. This has given a lovely open space with excellent thermal qualities. No more noisy rain, cold conservatory. Just a lovely new space to enjoy.
We also updated the cladding to Marley Cedral cement board and replaced the high level fascia, soffit and guttering.

We have been quiet on social media for a while. It has been a hard couple of years with supply issues and material costs rocketing.

Anthersite flush casement windows for this install in East Preston. We will be back in a few weeks to do the front door once it has been delivered.

Phase one of this property refurb done. Just the porch to be removed and ready for render!! Going to look stunning once complete.

Black crittal effect aluminium double glazed windows. A nice nod to the buildings original character which can also be used to give a nice crisp modern look.

Anthersite aluminium windows and comercial doors supplied and fitted to an office refurb in Chichester. All windows supplied with solar control privacy glass for added security and less glare onto their computer screens.
