🚿✨ Another Bathroom Refurbishment Completed by Cipriani Plumbing and Services Ltd! ✨🚿

We have recently completed a full bathroom refurbishment, transforming an outdated bathroom into a modern, practical and accessible space designed around our customer’s needs.

🔨 Works carried out included:

✅ Full strip out of existing bathroom
✅ New marine plywood flooring installed beneath the shower area
✅ Ceiling skimmed and freshly painted
✅ Electrical upgrades including new extractor fan and repositioned lighting
✅ Installation of an Aqualisa Smart Shower with both ceiling-fed and wall-mounted shower heads
✅ Adaptations for customer disabilities:
• Comfort-height toilet
• Grab rails
• Fold-down shower seat
✅ New electric towel rail fitted
✅ Replacement of heavily scaled hot water cylinder
✅ New pipework installed in both the bathroom and loft area
✅ Waste pipes rerouted beneath the floor to allow a low-profile shower tray installation
✅ New external waste runs installed with core-drilled connections for basin and shower waste

🚿✨ Beautiful ensuite transformation completed by Cipriani Plumbing And Services Ltd ✨🚿

This ensuite refurbishment in a 2nd floor flat was a project that required careful planning, organisation and attention to detail from start to finish. 🛠️

The project was prepared nearly 2 months in advance to ensure everything would run smoothly for the customer. We created a 3D bathroom design, carried out multiple visits to discuss ideas and materials, and even provided linoleum samples for the main bathroom flooring. 📐🏠

As the property was occupied during the works, we organised space in one of the bedrooms to safely store:✅ Tools and equipment✅ Tiles and sanitary ware✅ Materials needed for the project✅ Waste and rubbish during the renovation process

Keeping everything tidy and organised throughout the work was very important to us so the customer could feel as comfortable as possible during the refurbishment. 🙌

The project duration was approximately 10 days and included:🔹 New wall tiles🔹 New linoleum flooring🔹 Pipework modifications and re-boxing🔹 Replacement of damaged plasterboard with Jackoboards🔹 New Roca Debba toilet & wash basin🔹 New shower tray & enclosure🔹 New exposed shower mixer🔹 New mirror light & accessories from the Iflo range
