OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE OLD?

Here is a Kitchen rework on a budget done for a school, The client wanted to update the kitchen but didn’t have a big budget left! Reusing the old carcass and repairing where needed! Then adding new doors and handles and also incorporating drawers and finishing off with new worktops and sink.

FENCE FRAMING AND CLADDING.

Revamp of a driveway giving more curb appeal!
The concrete posts where far from level, however they where sturdy enough to frame the level posts off to build the frame work! Later covered with black membrane for the shadow gap between the treated battens, Fixed with galvanised screw to prevent stains from the leaking down the fencing!
Finished off with down lighting.

Here is the arched top section of the window, this had been previously attempted to be repaired and held together with t straps to stop it falling out and a lot of silicone! Once all removed splicing of a new arched sill was put in and splices to frame.

Here is the next section of our last post most of this section was rotten as it had been letting in water for years! We replaced the window frames constructing them on site and milling up all the mouldings to match existing then after treating with preserver, we re-fitted.

BOOTLE TOWN HALL. PART.1

Here is a large heritage stain glass window at Bootle Town Hall we did subcontracted to Trinity Renovations.
This window was in a very bad state with a large proportion of the timber rotten, our task was to remove the rotten timber making it structurally sound and treating the existing timber and replace! This was all done from Hardwood and milled up on site out off hardwood slabs.
In these pictures you can see the repair of the lower cill section.
