We had a call about a damp patch on a carpet in a studio apartment. After some investigating we managed to locate the leak. Unfortunately it was behind tiles in the bathroom. We used a dewalt multi tool to remove the tile in one piece and carried out the repair. Leak fixed so we left a dehumidifier in the apartment to dry out the excess water before the tile can be refitted

Emergency repair carried. The toilet had failed and the leak caused the ceiling downstairs to collapse! After getting a call from the landlord we had attended the property, removed the broken toilet and fitted a brand new toilet and pan connector in 2hours. Excellent service provided, that’s their words not ours 👨‍🔧🪠🔧🪛🛠️🔨🚽

Leaking 2 port valve had caused a total loss of hot water and some slight water damage. We swiftly replace the valve restoring the hot water and heating and even arranged for the carpet to be shampooed
