After a full excavation, waste removal and ground preparation, we’ve transformed it into a stunning, low-maintenance garden featuring:

Before & After 🏡✨

This was originally a koi pond that unfortunately had developed a leak, so our client asked us what we could do with the space instead.

We transformed the area into a beautiful, practical seating area, giving the garden a completely new purpose.

For the finish, we used:

🔹 Castille Mystic Cladding Walling
🔹 Flamingo Chippings
🔹 Custom Brazilian Black Slate coping

A great example of how an existing, unused or problematic area can be completely transformed into something you can actually enjoy. 👌

Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone & Pergola 🌿

Another garden transformation completed by Mclave Design & Landscaping.

This project features beautiful Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone, creating a timeless, natural look, complemented by a bespoke timber pergola to create a sheltered space for relaxing and entertaining.

From the paving and raised planters to the pergola and finishing touches, every detail was designed and installed to make better use of the garden.

🏡 FROM A BLANK NEW BUILD TO A COMPLETE OUTDOOR SPACE

Another new-build property with a completely blank garden — transformed into a clean, modern and practical outdoor space.

We installed Castille Sebastian Porcelain – 900 x 600mm, creating a large-format contemporary finish that complements the property perfectly.

For this project, we used a combination of:

• 845 × 560mm
• 560 × 560mm
• 560 × 275mm

The natural variation in colour and markings gives the paving a beautiful, timeless finish, with every slab adding something unique to the overall design.
