UCATT/Anfield Learning Centre

UCATT/Anfield Learning Centre Putting learning back into the local community, while building your confidence and preparing you for the world of work, utilising your hidden skills.

This ULF funded project will work with the Local Authority, construction companies and housing providers, along with community organisations to establish a learning hub at the heart of the Anfield regeneration project, a large scale redevelopment in a deprived area of Liverpool. This project will support the local community, UCATT members and other union members working or living in the local rege

neration area, to access learning opportunities. This will include vocational qualifications, accreditation and Informal Adult & Community Learning activities aimed at supporting disadvantaged learners and facilitating opportunities to improve their employability, personal development and acquisition of skills. This communications plan will outline how the project will communicate with key stakeholders and support the delivery of outcomes. This will be done by identifying key messages and aims, how they will be promoted, who they are aimed at and a timeline of when this will be achieved. It will also identify who has responsibility for promoting the message.
