Spring is definitely in the air ... the skies are blue, the birds are singing and some of the office staff have taken their big coats off!

We are working with a client to understand more about their site so they can become more environmentally friendly. We are CCTV surveying their whole site as well as asset mapping it for them so they have the knowledge of what drainage they have in place and how they can improve things going forwards.

Happy New Year all!

It's been a super busy Christmas and start to the New Year for us here at Metro Rod Merseyside and although the skies are grey and it's not exactly warm, our bright and friendly engineers are working hard to fix any drainage issues that our customers may have!

More of a dull day here in today (still too flipping warm though!) but our engineers are still out, working hard. We are currently on a project installing aco drainage on a site, ensuring that when the winter rains come their site has much less chance of flooding.

Team work makes the dream work!

Quite often, on larger jobs, it is necessary to send out one of our tanker units along side a van pack to ensure that the job is completed to perfection!

The sun was shining in yesterday when this was taken - although it may be a little more cloudy today our teams are still out, working well, fixing drainage problems across the wider Merseyside area.

Our engineers are enjoying the sun today - even better when they're in such a great place!

We carry out planned works for many clients to ensure that their drains are in a good condition. We find that carrying out preventative work like this means that they are much less likely to have drainage problems (as we tell them about their problems before they are problematic!)

Here at Metro Rod Merseyside we pride ourselves on our staff. Not just the engineers who are seen by our customers on a daily basis but the hard working office staff who work behind the scenes, answering calls/enquiries, scheduling in jobs, providing technical assistance to customers and engineers and reporting back to customers also.

We were SO pleased to get these comments back from a customer recently concerning a report that we have provided, following a pre-planned maintenance visit to one of his sites!

Although it's not always welcome news, we think that it's very important to let our customers know the conditions of their drainage systems so, if there are issues 'down the line' (so to speak!) they know how to make things better.
